WOW!!!

Wow! Wow! Wow! I went to my appointment at the chiropractor and I already feel much better! My elbow & hand are not numb, but my shoulder is still sore- but tolerable now! I have to go back on Monday because he couldn't finish working on my shoulder because it is soooo jacked up! He told me he would make it too sore if he kept going, so will have to wait. He used this new machine called a Pro-Adjuster. It's really cool, and gentle- not like the old maual cracking your back stuff. He said my shoulder and first rib were slightly dislocated and 5 of my 7 cervial and 11 of my 12 thorrasic vertebre were all out of alignment! (kudos to my hubby though- his nightly bear hugs have kept my lumbar vetebre in pretty good shape.)
I still can't believe how much better I already feel! I'm looking forward to Monday to see what a second adjustment brings :-)
WOW! :-)

I'm glad you feel better! I've never been to the chiro, and I'm a little nervous about them...but I know SO many people who feel so much better after going...I'm afraid it will hurt! =)

Hey, we need to play lots of games over Christmas...this will be my last chance probably, with no kid to chase after!

I can't wait til you guys get here...I'll be off work the whole time! (Plus another week past that, if you want to stay longer!)

I went to the chiropractor today too...but only cause I'm still in the middle of getting myself all back into alignment.

I swear by mine. He is awesome. Everytime I go...I feel so good...not just my body...but everything...its like taking a drug or something.

Other symptoms have seemed to disappear as well...like asthma troubles. :) So glad that you went and that you are feeling better!

Jayme- so am I! The little video they showed me talked about misalignment causing sleeping troubles and fatigue and all sorts of other problems. I always feel tired to some degree, I am hoping this will help with that as well. But even this afternoon, even though my shoulder is sore from him working on it- it still feels way better than it did last night.

Sally- I am teaching G to play Canasta! I think he's catching on. :-) I am also trying to find my power uno cards to bring too. But if I can't find mine- Jayme has a set of those :-)
